We provide the stitching service through our tailors, you can mail us after the purchase and then we will be in touch with you about the stitching.
Currently, our shipping through the site is for UK, however, if you would like to order from other parts of the world, kindly contact us and we will find out the delivery charges and then you can either pay separately by Phone or Bank Transfer.
The shipping charges are calculated on the number of products in your order. You can view the shipping cost in your cart when you purchase the products.
Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including for sarees where the blouse is stitched, readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there are any faults from our end.
Sorry, custom stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.
The value of refund, varies from one order to another, this is on the discretion of the operations only.
Yes, We do accept all major credit and debit cards
Yes, you can pay through bank transfer. We can provide our account details and you can make the transfer and on receipt, we will process your order. Note, you order would be generated only on receiving the payments at our end.
